Minimum 5-7 years hands-on experience in heavy industry
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Planning role
Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / Degree)
Experience in heavy duty industry (Cement, Mining, Quarry or related industry)
Must be able to work at remote area/ dust environment
Permanently stay at Sri Manjung
Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day activity on planning
Report to top management on regular basis
Meeting with client on planning and forecast
Working with Technical manager and Operation Manager to plan maintenance activities
Plan Resources: Man-power, Material, tools & equipment, vehicle and all necessary resource to perform daily maintenance task
Ensure sufficient material at site, planning with HQ to transfer/order materials once material running below the trigger point
Plan duty roster for all site technician in a fairly manner (day shift/night shift/ OT/ Public Holiday/ Rest Day/ Leave)
Prepare weekly report for job done
